Does your otterbox defender case cause problems?

Is it just me or does the Galaxy note 2 randomly just hang up on calls? This is my second one but the same case. I wonder if this plastic screen cover on this otterbox car causes problems? My phone just randomly hang up on calls. I don't have to be touching the screen. Could it be my case?

Sometimes this happens to me too. I don't have Defender. I have Platinum bestbuy case.

I have the defender also but have not had this problem. Have you checked that the screen is not on when your on a call.

Yes I have checked sometimes I can set the phone down and put it on speaker phone and it will just hang up

I just got an Otterbox Defender. Is it normal that the volume and power buttons on the phone hard to push in? Not impossible but they take more pressure than I had expected.

I have the defender case and have never had this issue. I just recently removed the plastic cover though. I like the case even more now.

Yes, it reduces accidental pressing of those buttons.

I am liking the idea of not pressing the buttons accidentally. I was just checking to see if this is normal. Thank you.

Dropped calls are usually caused by signal issues, not sure if the case weakens the reception.

My phones does drop calls a few times, but it doesn't matter what case I use.
