Help does your phone have to be rooted to use video game emulators and download the games

I was reading about them and it said aomthing bout roms so im not sure and my phone is not rooted and I don't plan on rooting

no it does not have to be rooted. i use gameboid sometime and im not rooted

The easiest way to get the games is through torrents.

Rom Hustler (or similar sites) is the easiest way to get the games.

To the OP, ROMs are the game files themselves. When people talk about ROMs in relation to rooting, they're referring to the file containing the OS of the phone (also known as a ROM).
