Dog Days/Afternoons...

Back in the early seventies, my loving dogo was a beautiful but huge St. Bernard. I took him out to the edge of town to let him run and play for a while. The "while" turned into over an hour as he took off on a dead run. He had a great time as I ran after him, calling his name over and over. He definitely had me on ignore. :) He only acknowledged my beckoning when he was through playing and thirsty.
