DolphinHD on Tim 5a will not play Youtube videos

Update: I installed something called "Full Version for YouTube" by Active9.com from the marketplace (it's a free app). I was able to get YouTube videos to work - but halfway through a video (the same video, and it happened twice) the screen went blank and all I could do to regain control of the tablet was to hold down the power button for > 5 seconds and do a hard reset (power cycle). Anybody have any clues?!?!
My model # is DISCO10. It's running Adroid 2.2-20110529. The kernel version is 2.6.32.9. I am running Tim's 5a ROM. I get a message when I open Dolphin HD telling me that I should update to Dolphin 6.0 and that it's available from the market - but when I do a search for it I don't get any hits! Another thing - when I go to youtube (YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.) Dolphin is showing the mobile version, not the full HTML version. To quote Samuel L. Jackson, my @ss might be dumb, but I'm not a dumb @ss. Please help!

I am not getting any messages to update and I am using the version that came with 5a too. Hmmmm. As far as the mobile version, and somebody can correct me if I am wrong, but I think all the apps we run are technically mobile versions. Market is nice but I download most of my apps, just google the app +apk. Yeah you have yo manually transfer or use dropbox or one of the sync managers.

I know that you can offer me some suggestions. I mean ZERO youtube vidoes play for me. All i get is a message that says "Cannot play video. Sorry, this video cannot be played." WTF?

Just out of interest, and before we get into a Richard measuring contest, you both seem to be assuming you have the same configuration but, as far as I can see, nobody has checked you are both running the same version of Dolphin.
Firmware version? Yes. But Dolphin? No.
Just a thought...
This could all be about how they were encoded. I can't give you exact specifics, but I have tons of video that will ff and skip fine in VLC but not Windows media, or they work on both but not on my MP4 player. I use Meridian right now and it happens on a couple of them...and why in the heck can't I fastforward videos in CCPlayer? I drag the progress bar to the right and all it does is go right back to where I started dragging it from!
