Root Don"t flash

A leaked 4.0 A500r Rom is out in the Wild.
IF you see it...DO NOT Flash - It Updates the Bootloader - You will loose Root.
And as of now...Not be able to get it back.

There is talk that this may be an Engineering boatloader with an Unlock (s off ) Possibility!!!!!

Until then -I would advise to sit tight a few more days.

Some people actually got it to keep root after installing and still have the recovery intact. But it is the exception not the normal. Good advice for sure. I'm not touching it for a while myself.

I just updated my bootloader to V4 ICS and I have root and all is well. Very easy to do. I used Blackthund3r APX flash tool. There is a bootloader out there now with root built in several versions. Apx flash tool is easy to use.... You just need to have your CPUid number to get started...
