I'm been contacting devs from the custom roms page. I got one thats willing to help with development but does not have the Optimus elite an i saw a couple posts about donate phones so is does anyone still have a donate phone (ima a noob trying to help) :-)

What exactly are you asking? If you're looking into Development, head on over to the Hydra ROM page. It's got plenty for you to get started with :)
 
Oh. In that case, still head over to the Hydra page and get started :D It's pretty noob friendly :) We could always use more developers, after all, and it's easy (and completely free) to get started and complete.

Oh, you mean all I have to do is go over to the HTC evo V thread and say I want to help develop, but don't have the phone, So I need a donate :rolleyes:
 
Well I'm sure he has good intentions but they gave him a Spectrum in August and he never produced anything. It seems like he's been going through a lot of personal stuff.
 
Hey guys I'd love to help yes I've had a lot going on an am currently working on the spectrum ROM if this device is donated I would love to help out :D
