Thanks for all your help, but my 4th Eris went to crap as well. I am now happily running my replacement D1 and not not looking back.

Thanks for your help and answering my questions. You all were great:)
 
Im gunning for that too. Ill be eligable for an Annual Upgrade in Dec. But Im on my third now and waiting for my fourth to come in the mail. Hopefully then will be nice and do that for me too....

Not for me, Thorn. My Eris was all I could expect out of a device with its specs. It's still the best in terms of form factor out there, in my opinion.

Something of the primitive in me came up, a sort of Primal Urge to move on, even though I did not truly need to.

Me want big, bright screen. Me get Fascinate. Me ultra happy now. < pounds chest > :D

Yes. An epic fail. Found out I was eligible for an upgrade and jumped. Looking forward to the Incredible, hope it lives up to it's name, cause the eris just stinks.

Root, this, that, I just want a phone that I don't have to mess with and along with the other cool things, does what a phone should do, like uh, make calls and not give me grief about it.

You should spend some time in the Incredible forum before you jump on one. I've read plenty of complaints on that phone - some of them sound very similar to the ones you hear about the Eris. I'm not saying it's a bad phone (I don't say the Eris is a bad phone either), just that you need to make sure and do some research before you get your next phone.
 
I do have to say, the eris most surely had such a beautiful form factor!:) 2.1 on the eris like ruined my experience with htc sense and the eris though. still, i could never forget my first android phone.:)
