Help "Don't send" Error by LG PC Suite IV

I brought LG O1 P500 a week ago.
Through LG pc suit IV, while trying to sync contacts through LG pc suit IV
getting error "LGOU.exe encountered an error. send / don't send error
report"
My sys details:
Asus M2NPV-VM (nVidia 6150)
AMD Athalon 3600+
DDR2 1gb x 2 ram
Windows xp service pack 3 fresh installed
Quick Heal Total Security 2011 licensed
LG pc suit IV & usb drivers installed from mem card came with my phone

So please help me to sync my data with pc through pc suit.

What version of PC Suite IV are you using?

4.2.42 works for me...the later version did not.
