Root Donut Launcher?

I can't seem to get Donut Launcher to work on this phone because its ICS. But I love the pull up drawer. Is there a way to modify it so that it will work on this phone?
 
The original Donut launcher? ._. I'm am newbie app dev, and that sounds.... Hard... Because the framework is EXTREMELY different...

Which has already been modified to work on Gingerbread, and this is a launcher called Launcher+ which has been modified to be like Donut, so it might be easier? I dont really know how hard or easy this would be.
 
...why the hell would you want this as your launcher....my god it was horrible...i swear that launcher is why Android had a slow adoption rate back then


also note that in the screen shots he had ADW, you might wanna try that with a Donut skin, (i am sure there is one out there somewhere) instead

Well I want it because I like it better than most other launchers. Its my personal preference. Almost all other launchers are the same old thing with a couple diff. features here and there...

And actually its not ADW, thats just another launcher he has installed, the launcher he modified was a launcher called launcher+ so yea...
