Root double notification and ringtone

hey did any one get double notification and ringtone when flashing new reload cm7 1-21-12 build. now is there a way to erase a folder to get rid of extra notification and ringtone.i check in system media folder and it does not show doubles in there

no i dont get this... do you have a 3rd party messaging app? cause you may have them both set to go off

do you have two places for your ringtones? ex. "ringtones" folder on root of sd card and "media>audio>ringtones" folder? if you double up they might show up twice in the ringtone selector

EDIT: is it still like that if you reflash the rom?

EDIT2: were they doubled before you installed your ice cream sandwich theme?

Where did you get that ICS status bar? I've been looking for that for awhile.

Edit: Never mind, just found this on the market.
