Help Double Text Messages

I have an LG Connect, I seem to get double text messages all the time. This is my 2nd LG connect because I broke the previous one and had insurance. They both act similar too in retrospect to the many other problems I am having. Not only do I have double texts, I also have apps that close on me as soon as I open them, poor quality 4g inside my house, I get 1-2 bars 4g inside my house. Now with that being said the 4g has become rather irrelevant when I'm in my house because it will turn on and off so I don't even using it because I cant depend on it for internet for apps, websites, ect...

My experience has been really poor with this phone, called customer service, *228 to update the roaming list, they refreshed my phone connecting, I tried everything they were instructing me to do.

I know this is a lot of problems all being thrown into one thread but I've been googling and doing a lot of research and finding no answers to my problems.:confused:

Double texts are an issue with metro and another network communicating (often at&t but others too) and has nothing to do with the phone.

What application is force closing and were they recently updated?

4G and reception bars are not intertwined like that, you either have a 4g signal or you don't, the bars show cdma signal strength.

Try using a "network boost" type application to lock your antenna to the most powerful tower and see if that helps.
