Double/Triple Contacts Displayed Help

My girl just got a S II however it is displaying her contacts 2 or more times as tmobile contacts and sim card contacts....how do I merge these into one on her google account?

Go into your contacts, choose one of the multiples, hit menu, and select join contacts
