Downgrade 4.1.2

Is there any way to get back to 4.0(.4) without rooting ?

Android 4.1(.4) seems to be for phones. Still Samsung is delivering it for at least Galaxy Tab 2.

- Tablet lost USB functions totally !!!! The microUSB is there only for the charger
- the icons in the bottom toolbar moved from the left end to the middle of the bar. Now my finger hits 'house' about every time i try to hit space.
- The notification area is now a separate bar in top of the screen. It eats space of the sceen.

Its not for phones. Actually, stock Android 4.1 on the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 looks like that, with the notification bar on top and just three buttons on the bottom. Basically that's why Samsung opted to put buttons on its next gen tablets.
