Help downgrade to old phone?

this thing isn't working for me. If I decide to use my old phone, how will the process work? Can I still keep it or do I send it back?

dial *228 from old phone right? (could be wrong) and what was your previous phone? i dont think you can cancel a 3G plan...and no unless you paid in full, you cant keep it..

you bought it for 200 or in full? otherwise it would be kind of rented and they would charge you
