Help downgrading back to 2.1?

i recently updated my wildfire to 2.2 however battery life seems to have decreased real bad since the update, is there any way i can downgrade back to 2.1 software?

You might be able to get better battery/resource performance by going through your device with an eye toward app/widget autosyncing, background updating (Facebook, weather, news, gmail, etc) and other things such as screen brightness, running services and so on.

I'd spend some time with it and reboot, then give it a chance.

Also, often a new OS will take the battery and device meter accuracy off of its original settings, which is remedied by several charging cycles over time, especially after running the meter down to as close to zero as you can, and then recharging.

yeah exactly right try discharging it a few times like Frisco said.
turn internet off when you dont need it as well this will save battery and switch to 2G instead of 3G when you dont need 3G.
