Downgrading from JB to ICS?

I took delivery of my SGS2 today, and set about rooting it as per the guide on here. All went well, no problems.

Morbid curiosity got the better of me though and I fancied putting JB on, not realising that it would remove root - gutted! So I'd much rather be on ICS and having the ability to tinker then having the newness of JB and stuck with a load of bloatware/touchwizz etc.

Problem is, I'm not sure how I can get back now?

Why go back if there is rooted kernel for jb?

To revert back to ICS, just flash your nandroid backup in Recovery.
