help please.

That's the xt1033 dual Sim and not rooted.
Ah, that explains it. I was hoping you'd say you had the XT1034 and got lollipop. I'm still waiting patiently for my lollipop.

As far as downgrading, I'm not sure if you can. When you get the lollipop, you get a new boot loader and I don't know if you can go back to the old one.

I have successfully downgraded to 4.4.4
phone needs Usb Debuging on, bootloader unlocked (voids warranty, and factory resets.) to downgrade needed a XT1033Downgradeto4.4.4[Asia retail]Dual Sim.rar from a post on xdadevelopers forum.

Note: method is only for XT1033. Asia retail DUAL SIM version.

Downgrade to
Moto G (1st Gen) Kitkat
android version: 4.4.4
baseband version: MSM8626BP_1032.390.81.01P ROW_DSDS_CUST
Kernal: 3.4.42-gb2383d6

This is due to bootloader ,
You can downgrade OS but not the bootloader.
Same happens if you update to 5.x with kitkat bootloader.
This is not a big issue.
