Help Downgrading via SBF help

In order to achieve a clean slate on my X I downgraded my system version from 2.3.340 to 2.3.320 using SBF. To get back to the .340 will I have to flash it or should I see an update come through?

There's a system-only SBF that you can use to update to .340. You will not see an over-the-air update. You have to use the system-only SBF.
