Download Flash Player 10.1 beta

I can't seem to find and download Flash Player 10.1 beta on my HTC Desire.

Does anyone know if it can be downloaded and installed on HTC desire from Android market? if yes then how to search for it on android market on the hand set. I tried typing 'Flash' and 'Flash Player' but all different and random things come up.

you cant get it until you have android 2.2.

only Nexus 1 owners have 2.2 at the moment (or people with pre-beta flashed roms).
