Help Download from seperate camera

Can anybody advise on how to download from a seperate camera using the Motorola connection cable. When I connect the camera nothing happens and I can't find the camera file anywhere on the Xoom. It has the upgrade to 3.1 and is WiFi only.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had the same problem. You have to change your camera's file transfer protocol from mass storage to ptp. At least that's what I had to do with my sony alpha 100. once you do that the xoom should open in gallery and you are good to go.
