Help Download List of Apps?

Hey y'all, how are ya? I hope this isn't a silly question, but I'm getting a replacement EVO soon (the USB port on mine snapped off the motherboard) and I was wondering how I can generate a list of apps that are on my phone so that I may redownload them.

Appbrain seems to have a list, yes, but I want to make one myself as well, if possible.

I ask because, rather than restore from a backup, I want to start fresh to see if I can avoid issues like the MMS problem I and other have had.

I don't understand. What's wrong with AppBrain? It already shows you a list of apps on your EVO. I used it when I got a replacement EVO. On your new EVO, just sync with AppBrain. You will then be prompted to install the apps on the new phone.

Appbrain is great, but 1) you have to make sure to copy your list, not just wipe the phone and sync. That will wipe out the list, and 2) It will only make a list of market apps. Sideloaded apps will not be on that list.

That being said, there are a few apps on the market that will do what you want. Here are a few I found from a quick search:

You can also try aTrackDog from the market(free), it will scan your phone and generate the list you need, then you can either copy the list to either your sd card and/or email it.
