download paid apps again

hey guy's can how do you download paid apps again. do they give you a key or something. and i need a good note keeper or a personal time management app. i just call the to do task manager but when i search that i get app killers.
 
as i understand it...:)

when you pay for an app.. you get an email to your gmail account. Make a folder and move your reciepts in there, that will give you a running list of apps you paid for.

it is tied to your google account.. which is tied to your phone number... so when you try to download it again.. it should download just fine.
 
I had to re-download some paid apps myself. I did a reset and changed my gmail to a different gmail account. I just emailed the developers of the particular software gave them my Google Order # and they credited me back the amount of the purchase so I could buy it again. They have been wonderful to work with.
