My wife's Rise phone will not let her download any pictures , she cannot clear the cache, or update any of her apps. Anyone else experienced this? any help will be appreciated..
Sounds like the internal storage might be maxed out. Under settings > storage, how much room is showing under the first category and second. It might be worth it to remove some unused apps and see if it helps, then clear the cache on the download manager.
