Help Download Size Requires Wi-Fi

Hi,

This is the message that my wife gets on here phone when attempting to download any app from the market. I have checked all settings and they are identical to my own. We are both using the 3g network instead of Wi-Fi. I currently read on the battery saving and switched network to CDMA. I'm not sure if any of this info is helpful, but I'm concerned because I can load any app without a problem using the 3g network. Can you please advise on how to fix this issue?

Check your data saver setting under
setting/battery & data manager

That is how Verizon "helps" you not exceed your allowance under the tiered data plan.

If you have data saver turned on, large downloads will be deferred until you have a WIFI connection
 
Having problem with downloading apps...it states download with wifi. I would like to cancel the download but it wont let me. How do i cancel it? I have 4 triangles with exclamation inside. This is a droid 3. The battery is losing power fast.
