Root Download speeds since root have been much slower.

Before root, my dwnld speeds averaged 18mb to 30mb. I'm lucky, and have LTE everywhere I go and those numbers were consistent. Since root, I can not get above 10mb. I've tried several roms and radio combinations to no avail. I would love to get back to those speeds. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i have the same issues. i get under 10mbps all the time....however, while downloading music, browsing the web ect, everything seems just as fast as before....i am not worried about it....it may be a fluke thing, it may be an issue with the speed test app, it may be an issue with Root...but until it is as slow as 3G, i am still happy.

I see your point. However, I did notice a difference. Mainly dwnldng apps and roms. I flashed a rom called plain Jane which is pretty much stock with the stock radio. My speed is back up. Above 20mb everytime I test. I think part of the reason the slower times bothered me was the fact I knew I had a device that was capable of twice the speeds I was achieving. I've become spoiled.
