Help Download Wallpapers for incredible

HI I know this is probably a dumb question but I'm new and I can't seem to download the wallpapers to my phone that are in the thread "unofficial wallpapers" can somone tell me how. I can download them to my computer but not to my incredible. Sorry. Thanks!

I either bluetooth them to the phone or send them to your Gmail account and choose to download them from your email.

i usually got to that thread on my phone and just long press on the picture.
