Help Downloaded apps not appearing?

I just installed the Twitter app and cannot find it among my apps to move to my home screen. I have to go to Market, search Twitter and click "open". The Facebook app worked. Is it a problem with Twitter or did I miss something? Thanks in advance

Did you reboot your phone? I'm not saying you should have to, but it can't hurt.
