Hi people,

I'm new, so first of all: Hello. :)

HTC Desire HD
o2 Network
Not using App killer.

My main question is: can anyone tell me how to empty my downloaded pictures file. I've got pictures that I've downloaded from emails and wish I hadn't, and I don't want to see them anymore. I'm not talking about my browser, I'm talking about my handset.

Also, my phone keeps turning itself off - and what I do to fix it is take the sim out, put it in another handset, use it, then put it back. That stops it doing that until next time! Does anyone understand the logic behind that?

HTC Sense does not work for me at all. I've spent so much time on trying to sign up for it that it's lost all its value. Is it just me, or have other people given up as well?

I'm not phone savvy, so if you give me any instructions to solve my main problem, would you please explain the process clearly.

Thank you all,

Neil

Thank you. I posted here because I thought I'd previously posted in the wrong place. Two people on the other page have now sorted my problem. They correctly told me to connect my handset to my computer, and delete the offending articles from the downloads folder.
