Downloading Honeycomb

Hey, I have a tablet that I am working on right now, and it apperas to be a knock-off. It is having some issues with wireless and bluetooth connectivity. I talked to a class mate about it, and he suggested downloading and reinstalling the OS. I have been looking around for any download links, but I have not been able to find any at all. Do I have to look for the OS with the tablet itself, or can I find something on my computer and then transfer it to the tablet? The tablet was originally thought to be a Flythouch 3, but it is looking more like a Superpad. Also, apart from reinstalling the OS, are there any other options for me?

Generally, the ROM needs to come from the manufacturer. You could hit up the XDA forums and see if someone has a functional ROM posted for your tablet (if you can determine what it really is).
