Help Downloading issues

I had to replace my dinc due to blown speakers and now I cannot download apps from the market to the new phone. Anybody have any idea why? It's activated and I have access to 3G. Thanks in advance
 
I'm having a downloading issue right now but my Inc isn't new. I can't download or update any apps at all.

On a side note, Google Talk will not load my contacts.
 
hmm...maybe it's a market issue and not our phones? Thanks for the quick reply...I am frustrated because all my contacts, apps, etc are on my sd card and I cannot access them without downloading a file manager. :(
 
I am having the same problem with market. I switched on WiFi and turned off 3g and market let's me download and install...weird.
 
The market is chincy tonight for many. Might be related to the rumored web based market supposedly coming tomorrow. Could be cool
