Help Downloading/Updating Apps require Wifi?

Hello all,

I've had my Bionic for a while and whenever I'm not on wifi and I go to download an app or update one it starts to download and then it gives me an error and says "download size requires wifi" this happens on almost every app.

If this is not an issue but something put in place by Verizon I will be very upset. I got this awesome 4G phone to not be able to download apps?!

Any help?

Go to battery and data manager, then data saver and then disable data saver. Pretty sure that's why it's telling you that.
