The barcode thingy you are seeing is a QR code. Download a QR code scanner on your phone, and scan the code. It will automatically pull up the market link for the app.

Using your phone, you need a QR barcode reader app, you scan the barcode using that (it uses your phone's camera), then it opens your phone's market app directly to the app you were looking for.

EDIT: seems that my refresh time is a bit slow. LOL.
