Downside to purchasing through Wirefly?

My order is in! Did the $7.99 for 2nd Business Day Shipping. Great price! No CA taxes!

I setup my Wirefly account with a different email than my Bing account. I hope the cashback goes through correctly.

It will go thought

This price is amazing....It looks like I'll be cancelling my EVP order. It's strange though, I'm in the middle of plaving my order and it has my delivery city as Tallahassee, FL, and it won't let me change it.

Did somebody send you a link with a zip code in it? You put in your zip code on the very first page with the EVO on it. or you might have to use the back button to go back there. there's a link at the top with the zip code where you can change it.

Thanks...I guess I got a little too excited

How does someone on a family plan go about upgrading a line on wirefly, though? I don't want it to mess with my plan or discounts or anything of the sort, and whenever I select that I'm on a family plan it requires me to order at least 2 phones.

Also: Would next day shipping get it to me on Saturday, or would it most likely be Monday? I'm on the west coast, Washington.

Yesssss! Thanks so much for this. Just placed my order for FL. No tax too, so I paid the extra for next day shipping.

Once I get the phone, I'll call Sprint to apply the employee discount price, and future date my number port (AT&T contract expires in 3 weeks).

See above. Click RENEW/UPGRADE MY CONTRACT. Click SEE ALL PLANS. Select the first option "Everything Data Family - Add-on Line Upgrade." That's your family plan secondary line.

Note that if you currently have a non-smartphone family plan line that costs $9.99/mo., your monthly rate is going to go up with the EVO. For the EVO, Sprint requires the $19.99 Everything Data plus a $10 Premium 4G data feature (that's on the next page).

Figured. Well..I guess I can wait till Monday if I have to.

And I tried doing the family plan contract extension, but that requires me to upgrade two lines. I only want to upgrade one of the lines on my family plan.

I had heard that rumor, but the lowest I ever saw it on Amazon was for $149, which it currently is.

Who knows, I just figure it is worth saving about a $100 and waiting a day by going through Wirefly versus Best Buy or Sprint or Radio Shack.

With all the whining and crying from everyone about the $10 a month surcharge on plans for the EVO, I would think people would be doing flips to save 10 MONTHS OF SPRINT RIPOFF! :D

it wasn't a rumor. it was $99 flat. i saw that deal as well. it quickly went up, though. within the same day...

I followed his instructions above and don't even have a Sprint valid number. When I got to the checkout page it had 2 phones in my basket(maybe because I had already did a pseudo order to check the price), but I just deleted the second phone and ended up with the one EVO with the family contract extension. I made it to the final checkout page without any issues.

1) Click See All Plans
2) Select the Everything Data Family Plan Upgrade $19.99

That's your upgrade for one line of a family plan.

use code "WIREFLYBLUE11" for free bluetooth headset, according to slickdeal

and confirmed by "wirefly_terry" at slickdeals that it will not affect bing cashback when using this code

I am really tempted to bite the bullet and add 5 lines through Wirefly but I was talking to a Sprint rep today and he claimed that when I bought from Sprint my employee discount is applied instantly while if I try to add it to my account if I bought from somewhere else (WireFly, Radio Shack, Best Buy, ect) that it could take 2-3 months to be applied and they wouldn't apply retroactively. I was wondering if this was true as this would be a huge bummer if he is correct.
