Does anyone know how to drag and drop items on a web page to re arrange icons?

Press my finger down on the item like you do to move our widgets and all I get is copy, magnify and paste commands.

What do u mean? That sounds like flash, which is supported in 2.2, but maybe I misunderstood?

I'm playing on a fantasy football site and to make transfers and to change formations you have to drag one player on to another, I can't seem to figure out how to do it.

tried selecting and deselcting with the optical trackball? Otherwise, i have no idea, mate. It sounds like flash programming to me, which would mean being unable to access/interact with until 2.2 is released, but I am no expert... am sure someone else can help more

Same question: I go to a chess web site that presents chess positions in which you have to make the right move. You need to move a Knight to a different square. With a computer, you just drag and drop the Knight.

But on my android device, if I use my finger to drag it, the entire web page is dragged around!

I want the web page to stay put, and just move the Knight within the web page.

Is there a way to do it?

It is a new Samsung Epic 4G.
