Drawing with Note 10.1

Everyone, is it possible to draw on an image or a photo and save and edit the outline thus drawn ? In other words, is there a program/app in the Galaxy Note 10.1 that functions as a carbon paper?

Do youo mean like working with layers? Yes, you have Photoshop Touch.

Thank you. It seems "Tracing Paper" is also a good app. Just found it at samsungapps.com
