Root Drivers for Rooting

Quick question...

Are the drivers that install for Moto Connect the drivers that are required to root? I am able to turn on de-bugging and have PC connect fine. Just want to make sure I don't need other drivers to do this process.

i think so but i downloaded them again just to be sure... it only took like three min to dl run and restart
