Help Drivers issue....

I keep getting the this missing hardware key in regards to the S2 when I try and download the drivers. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks...

I did but Kies didn't work. I fixed it by unplugging and plugging the USB section of the cable from one usb port to another. :-P . It finally accepted the drivers and I got ODIN to work from there.

It seems to be a common issue. Thanks for the help
