Droid 2 battery interchangeable with Bionic?

[jfblodi]

Hi all:

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere...I looked, but couldn't find it. So, I just upgraded to a Bionic, coming in the mail tomorrow, and was wondering if anyone knows if the rregular or extended batteries for my Droid 2 will work with the Bionic?

Thanks!
John

No way. I have one of each here in front of me. The stock Droid 2 battery (BP6X) is about 2/3 the length of the stock Bionic battery (HW4X), and the contacts are on the opposite side of the battery.

Wow, thanks Mikey. Can't ask for a more foolproof answer than that.
