Droid 2 or Droid x

More information would be needed to answer this question. Are you currently using a Droid 1? What do or don't you like about it? Do you need a hardware keyboard, or are you fine without? If fine without, is a bigger screen something that you would like? Or is size a factor (bigger phone is more difficult to use for those with smaller hands, harder to put in pocket, etc.)...

As you can see, there are many variables.

my main concern is I want the new flash player and from what I have read the X does not have it .

Stock for stock out of the box right now Droid 2 is the one with Froyo and Flash. It shouldn't be long before the X is updated as well... personally I could live with the bigger screen and swype over my hardware keyboard... but thats just me

This one really should be, do you like a physical keyboard and smaller screen or a larger screen thats touch only ??

I've had a Droid since January, but once I played around a little bit with the X, I've wanted one since. I've come accustomed to both on screen keyboards and can live without the physical keyboard, though sometimes it is kinda nice.

well nothing can get my droid out of my hands, I like my vanilla and I have 2.2 and flash (not rooted). I like having the option of the keyboard, if I'm doing something quick I'll use the screen, if I'm writing an email I use the keyboard (I'm multi talented like that, I can use either just fine). I don't like the other UI's (sense or blurb garbage, my wife has a DI and I hate the UI). But if your wanting a keyboard and a large screen just wait a little longer, according to the roumor mongers!!
Droid 3 – Verizon Droid Does Saga Continues with 1.2Ghz Processor!
4" with a 1.2ghz. now that's hot!!

Well I decided after playing with both in store to go with the droid 2 ,I just love the feel of it and do like the keyboard . The 2.2 that is on this thing is alot different that than the one I had downloaded for the droid , browser is very fast also... Loving this droid world

had the droid x, didnt like it due to the hump in the back that houses the camera parts, its nice and all just to big for me. the droid 2 looks nice, make sure u check out reviews vids and try to get a hands on test/feel for it in the store on both devices.....

Different apps and screens all together , being phone dumb all I can say is it just looks and acts different... sorry I dont know enough to tell you more .

Moto blur and Sense (for HTC) is like beautifull widgits, only it's permanantly on there and a serious resourse hog. My wifes DI had a half a battery left last night and left it off last night. Dead before morning. I looked through it and you have google talk and HTC's messenger and something else always running in the background. So it really kills battery life.
I probably won't upgrade my phone untill it completly goes toes up, I have 2 docks (one at home and one at work) and the car dock. From the looks of things none of that will work with any other phone. Doesn't matter though, I love my vanilla D1, the point of getting the phone is so I can do what ever I want with it. If the D2 or D3 or DX come with sense, I won't have one till I have to, and if I have to get one I'll wait till the dev's here hack a good rom for it and then root it. I don't like someone telling me what I should like. If I wanted that....... I'd have an iDont.:D
