Root Droid Boot Loop

I have a Motorola Milestone running CM 6.1.2 and last night the battery died. When I went to charge my phone, it would boot up and go to the lockscreen. The phone works for a few minutes, but then it randomly reboots. It does this continually and it doesn't seem as though the battery is charging at all. It does this with an AC charger, and a usb cord so I'm not sure what's wrong... It'd be great if I could get some suggestions on how to fix it :)
