Help Droid Charges Issues...

Hey Guys,

So I've had my Charge for about 2 weeks now and I've noticed a few issues and wondered if it was just me.

1. Doesn't recognize my mp3s all the time. I had the Moto Droid 1 and use to just drag and drop albums into my music folder and had no issue. I'm using the Google Music Beta app and keep getting "error reading selected track" on random songs then when I try the standard player I get the same issue. I tried the Moboplayer and it works on like every other song as well. Only time I get my music to play right 100% of the time is when I sync it with the Verizon Media Manager and have the albums converted to .wma

2. No Video in YouTube app. I start to notice if I watch a flash video in my browser, then later on try to watch a video in the app, all I hear is audio and don't get an video. I end up having to restart my phone every time this happens.

3. Alarm clock on/off issue. Example: I set my alarm for 6am, yet I wake up at 5:50. I'll goto my phone and turn off the alarm, yet at 6am the phone will go off anyway. Very annoying on days off and I turn off the alarm and it goes off anyway.

4. Text notification sounds. If I put my phone on silent, then later turn the sound back on, I will no longer get sounds for any of my notifications (text, email, twitter, etc.) Once again I have to restart the phone.

Has anyone else experience any of these issues??

I've also experienced the lag in GPS when first starting navigation but I know that's been discussed already.

Thanks

Those are all quite unique. I have not, nor have I seen anyone else with those issues. I would say that you might want to call tech support or return it.

Dealing with the youtube thing now, was working perfect until today...sound, no video...let me know if you figure it out

Yeah I've never had any of those issues...I'm thinking you've got a dud, maybe need to restore the software?

The main issue I had was my phone wouldn't connect to 3G areas in certain places (Shelby, NC), instead it used 1x. The store there fixed that for me. 4G is great in my city tho overall! The other issue of the keyboard not disappearing upon first opening the web browser seems to be fixed with the EE4 update.
