Can anybody suggest best price or way i can buy this phone & use outside USA without any hiccups.

I wont be using in in USA.

Where to buy it at less price without any further issues of plans & Misc

I imagine a gently used phone would be your best bet. EBay or Swappa are two respectable sites. If you want new, they are all pretty much the same price I'm afraid.

is this like i buy it any state locked(as it from verizon) and i can use any sim.. i can use outside usa no need help of verizon? is it true or is it poss ? kindly reply asap.
