Help Droid DNA Randomly Stops Working...

Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone else has had this problem too. This morning, my phone randomly stopped working and will not get past the start-up screen. I tried doing a factory reset on the phone, but that does not work either. Is there anything else I can do? Or did my phone randomly sh*t the bed?

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, that'd be great. The employees at my verizon store are brainless!

Being that a factory reset didn't help the issue, it sounds like the only way to fix the issue would to be trying complicated steps that would be very hard to explain on the forum.

I personally don't know of a known issue like this one.

With that said, I'd try to do a warranty swap. Depending on your area, you may have to go to a PR Door (Premium Retailer).They can do warranty swaps quickly and easily compared to AR Doors (Authorized Retailers). If you can't do it at your local store, get the warranty department number for Verizon and they'll help you out.
