Help Droid Eris eMail issue

Hi, I have a droid eris and my email accounts all of a sudden were gone. I go to add them back but don't even have the option to choose a mail provider (pop or exchange). I had both gmail and work email through exchange server set up. I am not technical and I have no clue how to get it back!

If you go through your programs, do you have a program called 'mail'? If not, I am sure you can download it from the marketplace, or a similar program like it.
