Sorry but this is not the section to perpetuate fake rumors about a phone. Most likely the Inc line of phones will continue to be released around the end of april (same as first two).
Lets not lead anyone on, if any would like to speculate about the specs of the next Inc then i suggest you title a thread accordingly, OR wait till its actually rumored to exist, wait for a section to be created for it and speculate there
