There are some really good roms out there now, I'm a fan of Adrynalyne's Sense Roms. I just flashed Adrylanyne's Frankerom B5 and so far am loving it. Some of the newer 2.2 only apps are worth it too, ChrometoPhone has come in very handy, the new voice search, working BT voice dial, and flash 10.1 are definitely worh the slight risks I took to root.
