"Droid Incredible or LG Vortex" CAN U GUYS HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

I have the LG Vortex right now but Im thinking about taking it back and getting the Droid Incredible. Should I or not??????

Vortex and Incredible are completely different levels of phone. Incredible is a high-end top shelf smart phone, and the vortex is an affordable mid-shelf phone. basically it's better than a blackberry.

Also, the phone itself costs $70-$150 (or FREE depending on where you get it). The service for 2 years costs MINIMUM $1,440 ($60 a month for 2 years). So it's less than a 5% difference in costs (if you're buying it from Verizon, where it isn't free). Get the better phone (which is the Incredible).

Best Buy have them for $1 so thats where i'll be getting it. I'm having a little doubt about getting a htc phone, heard their phones were crap

Another ?? does the wifi work properly on the incredible, like regular web browsing and downloading apps, etc. Read on another website that people were having trouble with that.

They're fine. I know 2 people how own G1's, 1 that owns a MyTouch 3g, 1 MyTouch Slide, and I had a Wing before I got the incredible. HTC's phones are great.

Never heard of an Inc wifi problem before. Mine has always worked perfectly connecting to my Linksys G router.

Get the Incredible, its just the better phone.

Yeah HTC phones are amazing. Im waiting for the Incredible HD to come to verizon so i can have an HTC phone with a 4.3 in screen. I didnt go with Moto because of their operating system. On another note like others were saying, those issues you mentioned, my phone has never experienced any of those.

Yes I definitely had the wi-fi problem/issues but they were fixed during the Froyo update. Don't know what was wrong but it now works just fine.

I finally went to best buy and picked up the Incredible on friday and I can proudly say that im in love..this phone is awesome, battery kinda suck but everything else out weighs that. *all smiles*

If you're asking that question, you might not want to root. It's easy, and generally safe. But there are risks/costs, and if you aren't getting any real benefit it's not worth it.
