Help Droid Incredible WEB BROWSER stopped working

Hello!
If anyone can help with this, I would be grateful!
Yesterday for no apparent reason, my Droid Incredible was not able to get online via the browser. I am puzzled.
I can still get on some websites via there widget (FB, YouTube) and it looks like I can do a google search but when I click on a link, it LOOKS like it is taking me to the website but when the green progress bar gets almost to the end, it just "clicks" or reverts back to the search results. Similar if I touch the Internet widget on my phones home screen or go the apps list and touch the internet icon (the earth icon) it starts to process then when green status bar gets to almost the end, it will just snap back to home screen or apps list.
I have rebooted several times, and taken the battery out 5 times. Those approaches are not working.

I have read about doing a Data Factory Reset, but if I do this, I don't know how to then reconnect with google, calendar, etc etc

Any idea what is wrong? More importantly how can I fix this?

Try another browser and see what happens (dolphin, miren etc..)

You can also go into your application manager and clear the data for the browser.
