Root Droid Maintenance?

I've been runnin CM7 for a few weeks now since I last reset and reflashed. I've been noticing weird problems with it that didn't exist a couple weeks ago.

3g does not return after making a call (airplane on and off to fix), apps crashing (especially facebook) system crashing (especially when unlocking), apps not installing, clicking one app opens another, virtual keyboard stops working, etc.

Does anyone else have any problems like this? Can I fix it without reflashing and reseting?

The 3G issue is what made me go back to a Froyo build, Droid Concepts Build 10.

It's not Gingerbread, but my phone works like it should now.

Yeah, I learned that shortly after posting this. I'm now on SS which has that problem fixed. Now I'm having a different problem where the phone randomly stops charging
