I got an insurance droid and when I first went to boot it up it would turn on but the screen would stay black. You could slide the keyboard open and the buttons would light up so the phone was definitely working. I took the battery out a few times and eventually the display started working.
I used it for about a week and used it on an 8 hour car ride with no problems. I got home and went to check the time and the screen wouldn't turn on, it was doing the same black screen from when I first got it.
I dropped it once during the week of use and since it has a small scratch on it they want me to pay another deductible. Any ideas of how to get the screen to work?
